| Mission Statement We are pleased to offer alterations services for your convenience. We will make every attempt to make your alteration experience a positive part of your special occasion. It is essential that we work together so that we can effectively make the necessary alterations for you. Customer Policy Our alterations services are offered at reasonable prices. The prices are approximately what it costs us to provide the fittings and do professional alteration services. These fees are based on the "Standard Charges, Custom Fitting Services" provided by the National Bridal Service, as well as, comparable work done locally. Every effort will be made to inform you of the prices being charged prior to the work being done. There will be no "hidden" charges at the end of our services to you. We will expect half down or full payment to start alterations in the form of cash, check, credit card or money order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please make your fitting appointments as far as 6-8 weeks ahead for bridal. 4-6 weeks ahead, for bridesmaid or special undergarment and shoes. Make sure to bring your undergarment and shoes that you plan on wearing on your wedding day, during your fitting. We also carry push-up bra cups that can be sewn into your gown. If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, please do so as far in advance as possible. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, please call to let me know. We will make every attempt to accomodate your schedule and work with you where situations of scheduling may be difficult. |

Custom work will be priced at the first fitting. Prices vary based upon gown design and fabric. All alterations require a 50% deposit before work will begin. Balance is paid upon completion of work. To insure your garment fits your body and specifications, several fittings may be required. Taking garments without trying them on will VOID any guarantee of work. You will be required to have the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with the garment at the time of fittings. Changing these items will change the fit of the garment and additional alterations and fees may be required. Rush charges may be applied to work requiring less than 2 weeks for completions. This fee is $25.00 |
